Account Registration and Security
To access the full services of the 30c platform, users are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Registration is only permitted for individuals aged 18 and above. The platform reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time.

- Only one account is permitted per individual
- Information provided must be accurate and verifiable
- Keeping your account password confidential
- Not sharing login credentials with any other party
- Notify the platform immediately if your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation
- Being responsible for all activities carried out under your account
User Responsibilities and Rules
Users of the 30c platform are required to comply with all applicable local laws and are fully responsible for any activities carried out through their accounts. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure:
- Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or any transaction
- Using the platform for fraudulent activities, money laundering, or any other illegal activity
- Attempting to access or alter platform systems without authorisation
- Creating multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes or to exploit the system
- Using automated software, bots, or any unapproved third-party tools
- Disrupting or interfering with other users' experience on the platform
The platform reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, transaction cancellation, or reporting to the relevant authorities.
Payment and Transaction Information
All transactions on the 30c platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name.
Deposits are processed in RM via the listed payment methods. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the platform's current policies.
Withdrawals are processed in accordance with the platform's schedule. The platform reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
Confirmed transactions cannot be reversed. Any transaction dispute must be reported within 7 business days.
The platform is not liable for any delays, failures, or errors caused by third parties, including payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers. Users are advised to review their transaction details before confirming any deposit or withdrawal.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
Platform Liability Limitation
30c shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses, data loss, or service disruptions. All services are provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranty.
Account Suspension and Closure
The platform reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: suspected fraud or illegal activity, breach of terms of use, inaccurate information provided during registration, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Should an account be closed on valid grounds, any remaining balance will be processed in accordance with established procedures once the investigation is complete.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, text, images, and software on the 30c platform are the exclusive property of the platform and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using any content without prior written consent.
Governing Law and Changes to Terms
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
30c reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform.
